The purpose of this Blog will be Real Estate related to areas in Northeast Georgia with this post containing information about Braselton, GA. Chateau Elan Resort and Winery and the subdivision Chateau Elan Estates is located in Braselton which includes counties of Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson and a small portion of Barrow.
Chateau Elan is a gated community consisting of private and public golf courses, Swim Team, Tennis Courts, Sports Club with Fitness Center, Junior Olympic Sized Pool. Located close to some of the best schools, Mall of Georgia, the new Northeast Georgia Medical Plaza which is scheduled to open April 2015 and very convenient to I-85. The homes consist of new construction and resales ranging from the high $300K to $2M.
