As a child growing up in the Midwest, Terry watched his father building quality homes in thriving communities. With time, Terry and his brother worked side by side building a company, Giager Homes.
An opportunity in marketing brought Terry to Atlanta in the early 1990’s. He chose to settle in the “small town, in town” of Avondale Estates where he served eight years on the Board of Mayor and Commissioners; six years as Mayor Pro Tem.
With a lifetime of experience, Terry knows the value of a good home; from its foundation and structure to where your children run and play.
